Early-stage product teams often need someone who can do the work and shape the work at the same time. We embed inside funded startups as a senior contributor — writing code in the codebase, shaping architecture as it emerges, and leaving the team in a stronger position than we found it.

• Time commitment: typically half- to full-time, multi-quarter.
• Scope: core platform work, not feature factory output. Think foundational services, data models, integrations, and the parts of the system that will outlast everything else.
• Working model: we plug into your stand-ups, your code review, and your release cadence. We do not run a parallel project on the side.
