Software Development & Implementation

Hands-on engineering for complex backend systems, multi-tenant SaaS, data platforms, and AWS-native infrastructure — built by senior engineers running modern AI-augmented workflows.

When the work is real, the right tool is often a senior engineer who has built it before — backed by the AI workflow that now compresses weeks of mechanical effort into hours. We take on implementation work where the technical bar is high and the cost of getting it wrong is meaningful.

Areas of focus

  • Multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Tenant isolation, per-tenant data models, role and permission systems, audit trails, and the operational machinery that keeps them running.
  • Backend services. Java, Kotlin, TypeScript / Node, and Python services on Spring Boot, NestJS, FastAPI, and similar stacks.
  • Cloud infrastructure. AWS-native systems built with CDK or Terraform, with realistic deployment, observability, and cost stories from day one.
  • Data and integrations. PostgreSQL, jOOQ, event pipelines, and clean integration boundaries with downstream systems.
  • Agent and model integration. Bringing model APIs and agent loops into existing systems with the evaluation, guardrails, and fallback that make them production-grade rather than demoware.

How we ship

Every engagement runs on an AI-augmented engineering workflow. Agents handle the surface area — boilerplate, refactors, test scaffolding, documentation, repetitive migrations — while senior engineers stay close to architecture, integration boundaries, and the parts of the codebase that compound. Velocity comes from this division of labor, not from cutting corners on rigor.

What this is not

We do not staff-augment for low-context tickets. We engage where senior judgment compounds — architecture, foundational systems, the parts of the codebase the rest of the team will live in for years.
